Starting her career as a Sales and Catering Manager in California, hotels, wineries, you name it; she’s done it! Amber worked at various House of Blues locations before landing as the Director of Sales for House of Blues Houston and 713 Music Hall for 5 years.
After months of begging (us to her), she came to work for Underbelly, WOO! We’re as excited about it as you are. Aside from being in charge of sales and private dining for Underbelly, Amber is a mom to the cutest baby ever, a killer baker (you seriously need to try her Texas sheet cake), a lover of rap music (ask her about the time Snoop took her painting), and an Alien super-fan. Not the tinfoil type alien fan, the movie with Sigourney.
